Our recruitment services
Sending us a form or a message does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. Before we start finding you work, we will agree our terms with you in writing.
Candidates never pay us. The law does not allow recruitment agencies to charge you a fee for finding you work, and we would not anyway.
When we work with an employer, our terms of business apply to that work. We send them to you before we start.
What belongs to us
The words, design, logo and images on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please ask us before using them for anything other than reading, printing for your own use or sharing a link.
Links to other websites
We sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Apart from that, we are only responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us not taking reasonable care. We are not responsible for any business loss, such as lost profit or a lost opportunity.
