For employers

How we work, step by step.

The three things we do for an employer, in the order they happen: what each one involves, what we need from you, and what it costs.

Discussion over a collection of post-it notes

The three steps

Three things, in the order they matter.

  1. 1

    Review the process

We go through your job ad, sift, interview and onboarding with you, and show you where good people are dropping out and what it is costing you. The review is free, and useful whether or not you go on to work with us.

  2. 2

Find the candidates, and brief your managers

We put forward people whose way of working suits the role, from a network that trusts us because we do not put them through processes that waste their time. We put someone forward only with their permission, for that role only, and check first that they have not already applied to you. Each candidate decides what we may tell you about them. Before anyone meets, we agree the adjustments with you, such as the questions in advance or a short practical task, and brief the people who will interview. Practical, specific, an hour long.

  3. 3

    Stay for the landing

We check in with you and with the person you hired through probation, so small things do not become big things. At weeks 1, 2, 4, 8 and 13, we hold a private check-in with them and a separate review with you. We never pass on what they tell us without their agreement.

What we need from you

A little time, and a straight answer.

  • Time with whoever runs your hiring, to go through the process as it is now.
  • The job ad, and what the role needs day to day.
  • Someone who can agree an adjustment before the interview, not after it.
  • Time for the managers who will interview to be briefed.
  • Honest feedback, on the candidates and on us.

What it costs

The review is free.

We go through your current process with you, and show you where good people drop out of it. Useful whether or not you go on to work with us.

Send us a message

Find the people you need, and keep them.

Tell us about the role you are trying to fill, or where good people drop out of your process. You can also ask us for our self-assessment form. It helps you take an honest look at where you are now, so the free review has a structure and we spend time on what will help you.
