Three steps, and you set the pace.

A conversation
We talk about what you are good at, what drains you, and what a good day at work looks like. By email, a phone call or a video call with your camera off, whichever suits you, and you can bring someone with you. There is nothing to prepare.

We find the fit, then prepare both sides
Roles that suit how you actually work, not a list of everything going. We would rather wait for the right one than put you forward for every interview, and you decide what we may tell an employer about you. We never send your CV without your permission, and only for the role you said yes to. Before you meet, we agree your adjustments with the employer, such as the questions in advance, a clear plan for the day or a quieter room, and brief your potential manager. If an employer says no to something, we let you know, and you decide whether to carry on.

We stay in touch
We check in with you, and with your employer, through probation, so small things do not become big things. At weeks 1, 2, 4, 8 and 13, you have a private check-in with us, and your manager has a separate review. We never pass on what you tell us without your agreement. If something feels off in the first six months, you have someone to call.
