Get in touch.

Call, email or send a message, whichever is easiest. You do not need to know exactly what to ask. Tell us a little about where you are, and we will take it from there.

Where to start

Which is right for you?

For candidates

You are looking for work

Tell us about yourself in as much or as little detail as you like. It is not a test, and you do not need a diagnosis.

Register with us

For employers

You are hiring

Tell us about the role you are trying to fill, or the process you have now. A few lines are enough to start.

Send us a message

You are supporting someone

For parents, partners, job coaches and support workers. The person you support registers with us themselves, and our page for supporters explains how you can help.

What happens next

What happens after you get in touch

The same steps whether you are looking for work or hiring. Nothing happens without you agreeing to it.

  1. 1

    Someone reads it, and replies

A person on the team reads what you sent, in full, and replies within two working days, by email unless you have told us you would prefer something else.

  2. 2

    A first conversation

At a time and in a way that suits you: phone, video call or in writing. You do not need to prepare anything.

  3. 3

    You decide what happens next

We explain the options and you choose. Saying no, or not yet, never counts against you.

Questions people ask before getting in touch

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. You do not need a diagnosis to work with us. If you know how you work and what gets in the way, that is what we need.

We are a small business. Is this only for big employers?

No. The free review of your process works the same whatever your size, and we only suggest changes that fit how you work.

How do you store my details?

We keep your details in our team's email inbox and our files, in Microsoft 365. Everything you send on one of our forms comes to our team's email inbox, including what you write in the free-text box. When you send one of our forms, we email you a copy of what you sent us, without anything you wrote in the free-text box. If you email us, we keep your email in our inbox for two years. The Privacy page explains what we keep, who sees it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.

What if I would rather not use a form?

Call or email us instead, with as little as a sentence. A form is not the only way in.

If you are a funder, a partner or a journalist, NeuroAffirm Group, our parent company, is the place to start.

However you get in touch, someone will read it properly.

Register, send us a message, or email us with as little as a sentence.
